4x Postpartum sessions - I come to you! (3 hours each) up to 16 weeks after birth
Unlimited phone, text & email support
Includes newborn care support - help you build confidence with feeding, settling, bathing, wrapping, baby-wearing ect
Light errands such as small grocery shops, post office pick ups and chemist stops
In home help such as cooking or folding laundry, light house work included
Official baby holder - so you can shower, eat or rest
Referrals to postpartum health professions
Other support as needed
Addition hours can be added if needed
Birth & Postpartum (12h)

This combo includes support listed in both the birth package and the postpartum package.
Please not however the postpartum support is for 4 sessions (12hours of support)
Additional postpartum support hours can be added if needed.
